Cultivating Inclusive Communities
“ We believe in a world comprised of communities where people respect one another, share and value each other’s stories and dwell in harmony with nature. ”
The Grant Rule Trust works to achieve connected, healthy, happy and sustainable communities, at work, at home, and at play.
The Trust is a member of the Wellbeing Economy Alliance.
Measuring Real Value
Grant Rule was a measurement specialist, and he knew all too well that if we measure the wrong things, it drives the wrong behaviours. This why the Trust believes that measuring human wellbeing is a better foundation for economic and political thinking than measuring money is.
We support the view that inclusive communities are wealthy in five capitals, which must be maintained in balance. These five capitals nurture and support the essential “sixth capital” without which no community or enterprise can flourish – the resourceful, creative, loving, powerful and awe-inspiring human spirit.
