The EU-funded COMPLEX project was looking at models, measures and behaviour patterns to help us understand how to make the transition to low carbon living. They have been running pilot research projects looking at such things as urban planning and stakeholder engagement, renewable energy production, decision-making models and economic measures in various communities in Europe and Scandinavia.
