As Silk Purse, Sue & Lyndsey continue the mix of traditional, contemporary and self-penned material, choruses and ballads, favoured by Pig’s Ear.
Between them, they play an impressive range of instruments – guitar, bouzouki, mandola, fiddle (Sue); flute, recorders, whistles, concertina, Northumbrian pipes (Lyndsey). This array of instruments supports two strong and individual female voices, alternating lead vocals and combining in powerful harmonies.
Silk Purse are now available for bookings – contact Sue on firstname.lastname@example.org .
