Cultivating Inclusive Communities

We believe in a world comprised of communities where people respect one another, share and value each other’s stories and dwell in harmony with nature.

The Grant Rule Trust works to achieve connected, healthy, happy and sustainable communities, at work, at home, and at play.

We bring people together, and foster creative conversations.

We provide the space and resources to inspire and empower people to achieve change.

The Trust has funds available for projects, initiatives or individuals working towards the above objectives. We are looking for opportunities where a small amount of money can make a significant difference. Typical grants will be up to £500.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Grant Rule Trust is currently working to create a programme in the following areas:

Wellbeing

Sustainability

Localisation

We support the view that inclusive communities are wealthy in five capitals, which must be maintained in balance. These five capitals nurture and support the essential “sixth capital” without which no community or enterprise can flourish – the resourceful, creative, loving, powerful and awe-inspiring human spirit.

We will be measuring the ROI of monetary grants in terms of this model.

If you have something that might fit our portfolio, please contact us to discuss further. Email sue.rule@grantrule.org
